These terms govern the use of Logic Interview Tests. Please read them before using the platform; the section "How these terms are accepted" explains when you must accept them expressly.

What this platform is

Logic Interview Tests is a practice tool for logical, numerical, verbal, and spatial reasoning, with no signup needed to practise, built in the style of real technical hiring assessments (HackerRank, TestGorilla, SHL, CCAT, and similar). It is free, except for the optional paid results report and the recruiter platform, described below. All content is original, inspired only by the format of publicly known reasoning-test typologies, and never copied from any real, proprietary assessment.

No test on this platform — including the Cognitive Ability Test — is a certified psychometric instrument or measures your IQ: it's a self-practice tool, not a clinical or professional assessment of any kind, and it should not be relied on as one.

The practice-games section offers original games inspired by experimental-psychology tasks. They are not tests or psychological assessments, are not affiliated with any hiring platform, and their summaries describe one session, not a person. They are intended for people aged 16 and over. They include timed stimuli and on-screen changes; do not use them if you have photosensitive epilepsy without turning on the reduced-motion option, and stop playing if you feel unwell. The games on the practice site must not be used to make decisions about other people; on the recruiter platform, their results are shown only as play style, as described below.

The results report is a practice tool. It is not a psychological or clinical test, it does not compare your result with any population, and it does not predict whether you will be hired.

How these terms are accepted

To use the free practice site, it is enough to use it in line with these terms. To buy the report or subscribe to the recruiter platform you must accept them expressly, by ticking the box before paying: the payment buttons are enabled only after that. For the subscription, the box includes the Data Processing Annex (at the end of this page), and we store on your account the version of the Annex you accepted and the date.

After you pay, we email you the confirmation, with a summary of the conditions and the links to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which you can save or print from this page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service
  • Scrape, bulk-copy, or republish the platform's content elsewhere without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Use the platform to violate any applicable law

Content and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, illustrations, and other content on this platform are original works created for Logic Interview Tests and are owned by LatinShare. You may use them for your own personal practice, but may not copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit them without our prior written permission. "Logic Interview Tests" and the LatinShare name and logo are the property of their respective owners.

Paid results report

The results report is a digital product bought once, on these terms:

  • Price: CLP 5,680 (VAT included) if you pay in Chilean pesos with Flow, or USD 5.94 (VAT included) if you pay in US dollars with PayPal; a single payment with no subscription. If you pay with PayPal in another currency, your bank or PayPal does the conversion
  • If you pay with Flow, we email you the electronic invoice (factura)
  • You receive a code by email; access lasts 30 days from purchase
  • The code works on up to 3 devices or browsers
  • When access expires you return to the free version; your results stay saved in your browser

Right of withdrawal and report refunds

You have a right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from the report purchase within 10 calendar days of paying, without giving a reason and even if you already opened the report. To do so, write to contacto@latinshare.com from the purchase email. We refund the full amount by the same method: through PayPal, in US dollars (if your bank or PayPal converts it, the amount may vary with the exchange rate), or through Flow, in pesos. With Flow, Flow emails you to accept the refund; you have 10 calendar days to accept it. If you don't accept it in time, write to us at contacto@latinshare.com. Once refunded, the code stops working and access on your devices ends within 3 days at most.

This is in addition to the rights Law 19.496 on consumer protection (Chile) gives you, which these terms do not affect.

Recruiter platform

The recruiter platform lets companies, consultancies and recruiters create positions, invite their candidates with a link to take tests and games from this site under the recruiter's brand, and see their results ordered by the job goals the recruiter sets. Candidates pay nothing.

The results are standardized practice results: they are not a psychological or clinical test, they are not compared with any population, and they do not predict anyone's performance or hiring. The tests are the same ones published on the practice site, so a candidate may have practised them before. The decision about each candidate is always the recruiter's. Game results are shown only as play style: they never count toward fit and must not be used as a decision criterion.

The subscription has these conditions:

  • Monthly plan: CLP 5,680 per month (VAT included) if you pay in Chilean pesos with Flow, or USD 5.94 per month (VAT included) if you pay in US dollars with PayPal, with up to 10 candidates per billing period
  • Annual plan: CLP 56,690 per year (VAT included) if you pay in Chilean pesos with Flow, or USD 59.49 per year (VAT included) if you pay in US dollars with PayPal, with up to 20 candidates per month, counted from the sign-up date
  • Flow or PayPal processes the payment and renews it automatically at the end of each period, until you cancel. With Flow, payment is by Cargo Automático (automatic charge): you register a credit or debit card on Flow's site, and Flow charges it for the first period and each renewal
  • With Flow, prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP). With PayPal, they are in US dollars (USD); if you pay in another currency, your bank or PayPal does the conversion
  • A candidate counts against the quota the first time they confirm their email on a position; if they come back with the same email to the same position, they do not count again. Unused quota does not carry over to the next period
  • You sign in with an access code we email you; there is no password
  • You can cancel at any time, at no cost. If you pay with Flow, you cancel from the panel (Subscription → Cancel subscription); if you pay with PayPal, from your PayPal account (automatic payments), and the panel links to it under Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again
  • To change the card Flow charges your subscription to, write to us at contacto@latinshare.com from the account email. With PayPal, you change the payment method in your PayPal account
  • When the paid period ends, or immediately if a payment is refunded or reversed, the account stays read-only for 12 months: you can view, print and delete, but not create positions or receive new candidates. Anyone who already confirmed their email has 7 days to finish their evaluation. After the 12 months, the account is deleted
  • You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contacto@latinshare.com from the account email: we cancel the subscription if it is still active, immediately delete the brand, positions, candidates and their reports, which can't be recovered, and confirm by email. The payment records are kept for 6 years, as stated in the Privacy Policy
  • If Flow or PayPal can't collect a renewal (or PayPal suspends the subscription for another reason), the subscription is suspended and the account is read-only until the charge goes through or the subscription is reactivated. With Flow, you can cancel it from the panel meanwhile, and Flow stops trying to charge it
  • To change plans, cancel the current one and subscribe again with the same email: as long as the account has not been deleted, you get back your brand, your positions and the candidates not yet deleted
  • The platform and its evaluations are for adults only: invite only candidates who are of legal age. Before starting, each candidate declares that they are 18 or older
  • If you pay with Flow, we email you the electronic invoice (factura) for each charge
  • If you contract as a micro or small business, you keep the rights Chilean Law 20.416 gives you

Recruiter obligations

For your candidates' data, you (or the company you represent) are the controller, and LatinShare acts as the processor: it processes the data only on your behalf and to provide the service (storing it, grading the tests, showing it to you and deleting it within the periods in the Privacy Policy), without using it for its own purposes or handing it to third parties, under Chile's personal data protection law (Law 19.628 as amended by Law 21.719).

LatinShare's processing of your candidates' data is also governed by the Data Processing Annex, at the end of this page, which is part of these terms and which you accept when you subscribe. If you contract for a client company, you declare that you have its authorization to use this service. If they differ on personal data, the Annex prevails.

By using the recruiter platform, you agree to:

  • Tell your candidates about the hiring process you invite them to and how you will use their results
  • Use the platform only for real and lawful hiring processes
  • Not discriminate on any ground the law prohibits, and not use the results to infer health, age, gender, origin or other personal traits
  • Not use the results as the sole criterion for a decision about a person, but together with interviews, background and your own judgement
  • Not use a candidate's play style as a decision criterion: it describes how they played, it does not count toward fit and no style is better than another
  • Answer your candidates' requests for access, correction or deletion; you can view and delete their data from the panel, read-only included, and corrections are handled by email at contacto@latinshare.com
  • Keep a valid contact email in your brand: it is the one candidates see to exercise their rights
  • Offer reasonable adjustments to candidates who need them, as Chilean Law 20.422 requires, and not rule anyone out for being unable to take the evaluation under standard conditions; the platform does not yet allow extra time for a candidate, so assess anyone who needs it by other means
  • Review each candidate's report before deciding and handle their requests for an explanation or for a review of the decision
  • Not write sensitive data (health, religion, origin, orientation or other) or opinions about personal traits in the notes
  • Not share your access code outside your organization

Right of withdrawal and subscription refunds

You have a right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from the subscription within 10 calendar days of the first charge, without giving a reason, and we refund that charge. After that, you can ask for a refund of any renewal within 10 calendar days of that charge. In both cases, write to contacto@latinshare.com from the account email. We refund the charge by the same method: through PayPal, in US dollars, or through Flow, in pesos. With Flow, Flow emails you to accept the refund; you have 10 calendar days to accept it. If you don't accept it in time, write to us at contacto@latinshare.com. Once refunded, the subscription is cancelled, full access ends immediately and the account becomes read-only, as described above; to use the platform again, subscribe again.

This rule does not limit any rights the law gives you.

No warranty

The free part of this platform is provided as it is and as available: we do not guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors, or that practising will improve your result on a real assessment or interview. The paid services (the report and the subscription) are provided under these terms, and we answer for them as the "Liability" section states. None of this limits the rights Law 19.496 gives you.

Liability

LatinShare is liable for providing the paid services under these terms and for complying with the law, including personal data protection law. It is not liable for interview or hiring outcomes, which depend on many factors outside the platform, or for the decisions a recruiter makes about their candidates, which are the recruiter's sole responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Laws 19.496 and 19.628 give you.

Changes

We may improve or change the free practice site at any time. For the paid services (the report and the subscription), we will email you at least 30 days in advance about any change to these terms that affects you; changes do not apply to a period you already paid for. If you disagree, you can cancel before they take effect and, if the change reduces what you contracted, we will refund the unused pro-rata part. If we discontinue a paid service, we will give you the same notice and refund the unused part.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Chilean law. You can send us any complaint at contacto@latinshare.com. If you are a consumer, you can also go to the National Consumer Service (SERNAC) and to the competent local police court (Juzgado de Policía Local). There is no arbitration clause.
