Guide for candidates: your evaluation step by step
Updated October 2026
If a company or a recruiter sent you a link to take an evaluation, this guide tells you what you will see, how much time you need and what happens with your data. The pictures use made-up data ("Empresa Ejemplo SpA" and fictitious people).
You received an evaluation link
It is normal and it is free for you: a company or a recruiter invited you to a hiring process and uses this site, Logic Interview Tests, for you to take some reasoning and attention tests and, sometimes, games. You do not need to create an account.
When you open the link you see the name and logo of whoever invited you, the role, how long it takes and what it includes. It is not a psychological test: these are standardized practice results, with their margin of error, that do not predict your performance, and are not percentiles or compared with a population. A person at the company always makes the decision.
Tip. If the link says "This evaluation isn't available", it may have been closed, may take no more people or may not exist. Write to whoever sent it to you.
Get your device and your time ready
You can take it on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Find a stable connection and a quiet place. The first screen shows the approximate total time and each test's limit, plus a few minutes to read and confirm your email.
You can take a break between tests, but not during one: each test's clock runs from the moment you start it, even if you close the page.
- Accessibility: you can make the text larger or turn on high contrast from "Accessibility settings" at the top; on a phone, inside the menu (☰).
- If you need an adjustment, for example more time because of a disability, tell the company before you start. The time of each test is set by the position, so any adjustment is something you agree with the company.
- In timed games you can choose extra time (1.5× or 2×) before you start; that choice is not sent to the company.
Tip. You can practice for free before you start with tests of the same type: the first screen links a guide for each type of test, which opens in a new tab.
Your data and the consent
Before any data is saved, a screen explains who decides about your data (the company that invited you), who hosts the platform (LatinShare, on behalf of that company, on Microsoft Azure servers in the United States), what is shared, what for, how long it is kept and what your rights are. Read all of it: it is the text that counts.
What the company sees of you is your name, your email, the result of each test (correct answers, correct answers by difficulty, unanswered questions and time used), your style in the games, if there are any, and when you confirmed your email and when you finished. Your individual answers are not shown: they are graded and discarded. Your data is kept for up to 6 months after the process closes and, at most, 12 months from when you register.
To continue you tick two boxes: that you are 18 or older (the platform is only for adults) and that you read the information and agree to the processing. If you do not agree, none of your data is saved (except the anti-abuse counters the screen describes). Your results are used to calculate a "fit" from 0 to 100 against the role's goals and weights, and the company sees its candidates ordered by that fit; a person always makes the decision, and it should not rest on that order alone.
Tip. If you deal with a recruiter who runs the selection for another company, that company may receive your report for this same process; the screen says so.
The emailed code
Enter your full name and your email, and press "Send code". You get an email from informes@latinshare.com with a 6-digit code (it also appears in the subject: "Your verification code"). Type it on the screen and press "Confirm".
The code expires in 15 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or press "Get a new code": you can ask for up to 3 codes per hour, and the previous one stops working. After 5 failed attempts with the same code, get a new one. If you got the email wrong, use "Change my email".
Your evaluation
Once you confirm your email you reach "Your evaluation": the list of tests and games, with each test's time and status ("To do", "In progress", "Done" or "Time is up") and how many you have completed.
From here you start each test with "Start" (or pick it up again with "Continue"), play the games with "Play" and, when everything is done, your evaluation closes by itself and, when you go back to "Your evaluation", you see the final screen. You can do them in any order.
Before each test
Before a test starts you see its time limit and the rules: it is exam mode, so at the end you see your score and the answers are not shown; the clock runs from the moment you start, even if you close or reload the page; and you have a single attempt.
When you are ready, press "Start the test". If you are not ready yet, "Back to your evaluation" does not use up your attempt or your time.
Taking a test
You see one question at a time and a timer with the time left. Choose an option and press "Next"; on the last question, press "Finish". An answer counts when you press "Next" or "Finish", or when you jump to another question from the "Questions" list: choosing an option is not enough.
You can mark a question to review it later and see in the list which ones you are missing. Before finishing, a notice shows you the unanswered questions: those left unanswered earn no points. There is no pause in an evaluation: the clock does not stop.
Tip. If you leave with "Leave the test", the clock keeps running. If it runs out before you come back and send it, the test is recorded without answers.
If your connection drops or you close the page
Your answers are saved in your browser as you go, and the server keeps the time. If you close the page or lose your connection, open the same link again from the same device: you go straight back to "Your evaluation", without repeating the consent or asking for a code, for the next 24 hours (each test's clock keeps running). In "Your evaluation" you see which email (partly hidden) the session is signed in with, and you can use "Sign out of this device" if the device is shared: to come back you will need to confirm your email with a code. From another device, or if you cleared your browser data, choose "Already started this evaluation? Pick it up here", enter the same name and email and confirm the code: you do not have to accept the consent again and you pick up what you already sent. If the link has already closed and says it is not available, choose "I already started this evaluation" and use the same name and email.
When you finish a test, sending is automatic. If it fails, the page tries again and tells you: "We couldn't send your test yet… don't close this page". If that does not work, use "Try again". To count, the test has to reach the server no later than 30 seconds after the time limit; if it arrives later, it is recorded without answers.
Tip. If you leave the sending page, sending stops: open that test again from "Your evaluation" and it will be sent again.
Time is up
While a test's clock is running, "Your evaluation" shows how many minutes you have left. Inside the test, when time runs out, it ends by itself and the answers you had already confirmed are sent.
If a test's time ran out and it was not sent, it shows as "Time is up". Press "Close this test" and confirm with "Close the test": it is recorded without answers and you can go on with the rest. If the server still gives you time, you will see "You still have time on this test: you can continue it".
When each test ends
When you finish you see your test report and, below it, the notice "Test sent to Empresa Ejemplo SpA" (with the name of the company that invited you). When it shows up, your result has reached the company.
Press "Back to my evaluation" to go on with the next test. You cannot repeat a test: you have a single attempt per test.
The games
If the evaluation includes games, before each one you see a health notice. Confirm that you are 16 or older and that you read it. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or motion makes you dizzy, turn on "Reduce motion and flashes" or do not play; if you feel unwell, stop playing.
The games do not add or subtract anything: they show your play style, no style is better than another and they must not be used to decide. Only your style reaches the company, not your answers or your times. You have a single attempt; if the result could not be saved, you will see a notice to play it again.
When you finish: what you see next
When the last test or game is sent, your evaluation closes by itself; when you go back to "Your evaluation" you see the final screen and do not have to do anything else. If "Your evaluation" shows everything as "Done" and the "Finish" button enabled, press it. While any is missing, the button stays disabled and a notice tells you how many are left.
On the final screen you see that your results were sent to the company, what comes next according to the company, its contact and the link to the privacy policy. "Your summary" shows the record of each test ("X of Y correct", with its margin) and you can print it with "Print my summary". These are standardized practice results: they are not percentiles or compared with a population.
Ask for your result to be explained
You can ask the company to explain your result, give your point of view and ask for a person to review the decision. Write to the contact shown on the final screen.
The company can give you an "Explanation of your results" sheet: your results by area, the goals and weights it set for the role and how the fit is calculated. Your results are measured against the role's goals, not against a population, and they do not predict your performance at work.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, opposition or blocking of your data, and withdraw your consent whenever you want, by writing to the company that invited you (its contact is on the consent screen and on the final one, if it provided one) or to contacto@latinshare.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before, but it may stop you from continuing in the process.
The company decides about your data and can delete it from its panel at any time. If they do not answer, you can go to the courts and, once it is in operation, to the Personal Data Protection Agency. The tests and games that stay in your browser are deleted by you, from your browser settings.
Frequently asked questions and contact
The help page has more answers for people who receive an invitation. If something on the platform does not work, write to contacto@latinshare.com.
- Does it cost anything? No: taking the evaluation is free for you.
- Can I repeat a test or a game? No, there is a single attempt for each.
- What if I do not finish in time? The test is recorded without answers, or with the ones you had already confirmed if time runs out inside the test.
- Where do I ask about my process? To the company that invited you: it decides the next steps.
This guide describes how the evaluation works and does not replace the consent text or the Privacy Policy: what counts is what you read on screen and in that policy. These are standardized practice results: they are not a psychological or clinical test.
